By making a booking at The Lucky Cat Hotel, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions, even if the form is not signed.

All cats staying at The Lucky Cat Hotel must have valid proof of being fully vaccinated for feline calicivirus, feline herpesvirus (flu) and feline panleukopenia (enteritis), this is an annual vaccination requirement. The vaccinated card will be retained by The Lucky Cat Hotel and returned on collection of the cat.

The Lucky Cat Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of infection or contagious disease and cats that are not fully vaccinated.

We request all cats are up to date with flea & worm treatments. Any cat found to be carrying fleas or a worm infestation will be treated with a good quality product but The Lucky Cat Hotel will not be liable for any reactions caused as a result of the product used.

In the case of suspected illness, consent is given for a vet to be contacted and the cat examined. If veterinary treatment/advice is required, the owner of the cat will be liable for treatment costs.

Medication will be administered, that has been prescribed by a vet, provided with clear instructions and original packaging. A separate medical consent form is also required to be completed. Please inform The Lucky Cat Hotel management of any medical history that may affect the cat’s stay at The Lucky Cat Hotel, including pre-existing or recurring medical conditions

A variety of wet & dry food is provided, with fresh water at all times but we cannot hold every type of food. Special or prescription diets must be provided by owner. Please discuss dietary requirements at the time of booking

Cats to be dropped off and collected at allotted appointment times in a suitable and secure pet travel carrier, which is left at the cattery for the cat’s stay. Any belongings are left at owners’ risk. Collars will be removed for the cat’s stay.

Boarding rates are charged daily rate, including arrival and collection days. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit per booking. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been paid. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Full payment for the booking is required via cash or bank transfer prior to your cat’s arrival date.

We will not offer any discount if the cat is collected early due to occupancy levels and associated costs.

Multiple cats from the same household will be accommodated together, in a suitable size pen, however if the sharing cats need to be separated for any reason, The Lucky Cat Hotel reserve the right to separate the cats and the owner will be charged accordingly.

Please inform management as soon as possible in the event that you are going to be delayed in collecting your cat, it cannot be guaranteed that we can hold your cat for extra days. Please consider alternative arrangements and arrange for someone to be able to collect your cat if you are unable to and inform us immediately of their details.

If a cat is not collected after 7 days of the departure date of their booked stay, with no communication from owner or emergency contact and is has not been possible for The Lucky Cat Hotel to make contact with the owner or their emergency contact then The Lucky Cat Hotel reserve the right to rehome or find the cat an alternative care or ownership.

Although high standard of care and hygiene are maintained at all times, the cats are boarded at entirely the owner’s risk. The Lucky Cat Hotel cannot accept liability for loss, disease, illness or death of cats that may occur during boarding.

Please be aware CCTV is used for security on site and only used by The Lucky Cat Hotel management.

The Lucky Cat Hotel reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at anytime.
